Manage risk in supply base across three horizons: 1. Strategically assist Commodity Directors to re-structure supply base to continuously become more robust 2. Tactically review each new business award and monitor supply base for financial and operational health 3. Preside to "Emergency Room" for distressed and insolvent suppliers: support, exit, acquire

* Purchasing of indirect materials: Energy, Facilities Maintenance and Repair, Facilities Management Services, Real Estate Contracts, etc. * Feasibility study to outsource Facilities Services for all European sites to sister company JCI-GWS. * Crisis Management of selected supplier cases * Corporate development (divestment, M&A)
