Placed within the core business PMO this role entailed the planning, coordination and facilitation of requirements gathering workshops encompassing 30 subject matter experts and 6 business analysts for a client centric CRM loyalty programme; and Technology of little concern as product had yet to be selected and/or coded (‘black box’). Results: Due to effective workshop coordination facilitation an extensive set of requirements was delivered in use case (UML) format 30% ahead of project schedule.

Business change analyst contracted as the for-runner to a CRM / Financial Advisor Customer portal project team for IPAC.This entailed the documentation of business requirements, the assessment of the organizations readiness for change and the development of project plans. Results: Analysis results in a report recommending that the organization postpone project until 2007 or risk a project that produces no outcome realisation for the business.
