Work closely with the DOSM and Sales Manager to promote and sell guest rooms and meeting facilities by following Sales Procedures in order to build hotel occupancy and revenue. Primary focus is inside sales and includes coordinating meeting room details, incoming inquires, pro-active sales calls for new business, and developing relations with existing clients. Daily reports and activities, reporting, programs: Opera, Sales Force, Travel Click.

Event organization and Groups accommodation, communication with the clients. Client profile: government and embassies, corporate, wedding couples. Internal procedures and day-to-day tasks: sales; negotiation; preparing the proposals, contracts and financial reports for the clients; preparing internal reports - daily, monthly, financial and events/groups reports; internal meetings - briefings, banquet meetings; departmental cooperation. System: Delphi, Opera, Lotus, Group Max.

Communication with the clients, accepting and preparing the documentation need for a visa, filing and distributing client's documentation, entering client information into the system, preparing visa information before issuing, passport distribution, filling in certificates for issuing to the clients on daily basis.
