International Engineering Leader | Problem Solver | Innovation & Development with Focus and Dedication ~WHO I AM~ Mirco started his career completely as an hands-on engineer. He combined his passion of doing everything DIY with engineering jobs which exactly demanded hands-on and pure problem solving skills. He replaced his private underground workshop with an professional engineering and project environment. After several years as an engineer, Mirco realized that there is more than just focusing on technical issues. It is the people around him. From that moment his thoughts and mindset about leadership was constantly growing. He started to discover his passion and strengths to working and communicating with people. Especially the combination of this and his strong problem solving mindset made him always confident about any kind of challenges or unknown surprises. He took his first chance and left Germany in 2018 to lead the engineering team of Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen, China.

My main responsibility is to establish a stable engineering team structure which meets the requirements of our rapidly growing global business unit of Lufthansa Technik.
