Organisational Change Project and Innovation consultancy to Cancer Treatment Hospitals in the USA (President and Directors teams)

I was brought in under contract to deliver Process Performance Improvement for the Manufacturing R&D Projects across the Alstom Global manufacturing sites. My Main focus was on delivering Project and Process capability across all sites and to establish the key business documents and systems to monitor and control.

I delivered business solutions to the Airbus Engineering Structures and the Senior Architects Office. I ensured that robust project plans and processes existed in support of the Structural Engineering aircraft projects. I was also the Technical Manager for engineering projects for the Senior Architect. I had in-depth involvement with the international Engineering and Customer Support organisation.

My team ensured that the Airbus A380 programme had access to an effective integrated planning tool (Artemis), that all planning processes were operational, all staff trained and that an integrated project plan existed for the Wing team. We supported Airbus teams across Europe and the USA.

This role is the Airbus UK Lead for the BAESYSTEMS Business Transformation Team. My team ensured that Engineering had robust business improvement plans and ensured that these were delivered through launching specific improvement projects. This involved co-ordination with the Airbus UK directors team across all Airbus UK sites, as well as with BAE SYSTEMS Corporate HQ.

My team delivered recommendations on the specification of future aircraft sensing systems and new electrical components. This involved integrating requirements across Structures, Aerodynamics and Fuel & Landing Gear systems.
