After a period of training in Banking- variety of areas (Current accounts, Capital Market, Credit, Bank financing), I was appointed to be Deputy Director of Credit Department in one of the branches of the Bank. (we were 5 HC in that department). I was responsible of the 3 ladies in the group and was part of all management discussion / decisions about customers credit approvals. in addition I was motive power in increasing the number of our new customers / loans / commissions.
