Natalya Klimenko

Nataliya is seasoned professional with some 15 years’ recruitment and HR management experience, acquired at several industry-leading software development multinationals and well-known Ukrainian outsourcing firms. She is well-acquainted with and has a good grasp of the full range of HR flow techniques, including inflow -, throughflow - and outflow-related processes and procedures. Natalya is well-versed both in the specifics of the recruitment process in the software development industry and in those of the domestic labor market; she has a great deal of experience in recruiting personnel with a diverse range of skills and experience for Ukraine-based international software development vendors. Natalya is highly educated in the Library Science and Psychology, and she holds a MA degree in the above fields from Karazin National University in Kharkov. A quick learner and a great team player, she is also intelligent, responsible, and dependable.
