I am an IT professional with a total experience of 6 Years in the IT industry. With 3 years of experience in ServiceNow and rest in .Net. I am currently employed as a ServiceNow Consultant in Ernst & Young. I am leading a team of 2 junior developers in my existing company for two streams: KM & PM. I have good Knowledge of JavaScript. I have experience in ITSM, Flow designer, CSM, SOAP & REST. I am also involved in gathering, planning and coordinating requirements from clients and advising best practices of ServiceNow. I am proud that I provide exceptional contributions for all customers and have experience in developing, designing, and presenting new solutions while possessing a positive attitude even under pressure. I am very creative and innovative. Apart from my job I love travelling and I am a people person. That's the reason I love my job so much, as a part of my job I get an opportunity to work with people from diverse cultures to work towards the same goal.
