I am in charge of all reporting related matters, which also includes the annual budget and pricing season for the entire portfolio. I have lead projects, implementing IT solutions that assist with rate shopping as well as business intelligence. I have been involved in developing a revenue training academy, including materials and presentations. I have been involved in the planning, preopening and rebranding phases of various 5 star ultra-luxury resorts around the world.

I consolidate, validate and analyze the daily, weekly and monthly reports, as well as the board forecasts submitted to the corporate office. I built globally unified reporting system. I participate in weekly strategy calls, with the resorts revenue managers, GM's and sales teams. I conduct market research on different projects of potential interest for Kerzner International.

I was generating the daily, weekly and monthly reports. Furthermore I prepared and implemented pricing and strategy communications into the various markets. Additionally I was in charge of surveying the comp sets rate movement, as well as conducting parity checks for our own website and partners.

I was supporting the project managers of an Exhibition and Interior design company. I arranged travels and ordered supplies. I was also in charge of the time management of the employees.

I started as a pageboy, then I moved to become a bellboy and in the end I was working as a doorman.
