I worked as a regulatory affairs officer responsible for preparation of documents necessary for the registration of various veterinary medicinal products in Asian countries.

The Position involved development, production and testing of baits used in the oral control of rabies in wildlife.

I worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Hematology and Oncology, Faculty of Medicine at Magdeburg University Hospital. In this position, I was registered as a PhD candidate and the focus of my study being: ‘Role of cold shock protein Ybx1 in hematopoiesis and leukemia’

Bacterial isolation, identification and quantifying as well as carrying out sensitivity tests on the isolated cultures. Routine Histology slide preparation and hematoxylin and eosin staining. FAT diagnosis and mouse inoculation for confirmation. Hormone, metallic and antibiotic residue analysis in animal feed and meat destined for export using HPLC, AAS and ELISA. Preparation of analysis reports.

Specialisation: Medical Bioltechnology. My Master Thesis was entitled 'Gene Therapy for RAG2 Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID): development of lentiviral vectors with improved expression.'

Master Thesis was entitled: 'Water quality and zooplankton assemblage in the Fletcher dam, Zimbabwe.'
