I coordinate a global team (6 manufacturing sites, 4 countries) of quality professionals to continuously improve, exchange and standardize quality processes and practices across the group. I lead cross site/cross functional problem-solving teams/initiatives (Product Quality Engineers, Yield Engineers, Process Engineers, and Supply Chain Engineers) to help resolve customer quality issues effectively and efficiently, and ensure a feedback loop into our manufacturing process to prevent reoccurrence.

-Supporting the Process Management, Compliance & Governance team within European IT in day-to-day business -Independently organizing workshops and meetings on process design and following them up -Process documentation (modelling), controlling using (Tool: iGrafx-BPMN 2.0) as well as process audits. -Developing training materials, templates, manuals and further developing standards for process management -Preparing compliance audits & supporting implementation

− Worked on the shopfloor performing a variety of production tasks related to the assembling of back wheel axles of Mercedes-Benz cars. − Quality control checks of each assembled component.

A program of the TUHH-Career Center in cooperation with Hamburg firms where students work in an interdisciplinary team on specific projects as determined by the company. We also participated in a two-day Agile Project Management Workshop. My team worked with Walberg Urban Electrics GmbH on developing an alternative solution for the charging station for EGRET electric scooter in sharing mode to meet key specifications of reliability, cost, aesthetic standard, user-friendliness and minimum human effort.

Management trainees trained to be business leaders in operations and management of flour milling operations, pelletizing and wheat offal packing lines, mills and silos maintenance, production and packaging sections and quality control. Engaged in the industrial application of the lean manufacturing principles (such as Kaizen, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, FMEA and SMED), electrical and mechanical safety and bench work operations.

Responsible for preparing students for the City and Guilds Technician Diploma and Advance Technician Diploma in Electrical Engineering, preparing concise course materials and delivering training courses on Engineering Fundamentals, Electric Power, Safety Engineering Advanced Mathematics, Advanced Electric Principles, Generation and Supply of Electric Power, Distribution and Utilization of Electricity Power. Responsible for Practicals and Project supervision.

Assistant to the Project Manage. Assistance in developing budgets for project proposals, entering project tasks and budgets in the database, preparing financial statements for projection and management review, and filing appropriately. Participated in the entire process for identifying gaps for cost minimization
