At Bang and Bonsomer I am in charge of personal and home care department for Ukraine and Moldova. With help of my sales assistant I am selling and promoting raw materials from different European suppliers. My target as sales manager is 15 proactive visits per month to customers and constant increase of turnover of the department. Main tasks for me are sales development country wise, enlargement of sales portfolio to each customer, maintain of margin growth by supplier/customer, creation of sales forecasts.
Position of sales manager in HSH Chemie Ukraine (Tecom Ltd.) in Kyiv, Ukraine gave me a responsibility to master all sales activities of raw materials for cosmetics and household applications. I was in charge of the whole process of import. Tecom Ltd. imports different raw materials for personal and home care applications such as fragrances, conditioners, surfactants, polymers, silicon’s, emulsifiers, emollients, active ingredients, thickeners, sun filters and mineral derivatives.
nternship in Symrise AG in Holzminden, Germany gave me a chance to create a unique capability study about Eastern Europe. I was managing market research and data collection. My primary work was dedicated to analysis of the fragrance market of each East European country and creating tailored-made solutions for big accounts support such as Henkel, Unilever, Beiersdorf. The target of the study was finding the way to understand customer needs and support them with ideal solutions
