Engineered and managed critical projects for NASA from initial concept development through testing and delivery. Detailed engineering, requirements definition, risk management utilizing FMEA and Hazards Analysis, scope definition and control, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, manufacturing, assembly and test, and final delivery. Responsible for identifying scope change and implementation of Change Management including negotiations with the customer.
