• Portfolio management of various food and packaging groups for Pizza Hut Europe • Franchisee supply chain support in 8 European markets o Including complete supply chain setup for new KFC Austria market • Management of restaurant mystery shopper programme in 26 countries

• Market responsibility for Supply Chain to Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken, also covering supplier quality assurance o Including complete supply chain setup for Kentucky Fried Chicken (2000) and nationwide distributor swap for Pizza Hut (2002)

• Responsible for purchasing all production materials and auxiliary products for 3 production facilities in Germany. Management of all third-party surface treatment contracts (anodizing, painting, powder-coating etc.) o Co-leader of project to introduce process-driven software solution to manage all aspects of production and JIT supply to major automobile manufacturers (1998)
