Function owner as an external partner at VW AG, in the area of infotainment systems. Responsible for cross-departmental concept coordination, and determination of test specifications based on acceptance criteria as well as associated test execution/control. Coordinating with multiple suppliers to ensure proper execution of specifications.

Partner with various stakeholders to managed all aspects of the project execution including: requirements gathering, project planning, risk management and reporting as well as transitioning to application support after go-live. Mentoring new joiners and monitoring their work allocations. Help them with training, technologies and project related tools. Resource management along with account management ensuring timely delivery.
