I finally run my own company focused on headhunting all over Europe. I lead a team which searches vacancies, mainly in Germany. Then we find european candidates willing to move abroad. To fulfill the customer´s needs we check language skills, competences, experience, knowledge and motivation to live abroad. Besides I work as a labour solicitor

Logisitics warehouse and offices with 550 employees: - Design, hiring and cost moderating of contracts and weekly control of staff hours. - Negotiating with 21 commitee members for salary modifications, contracts and working shifts of 550 employees. Interpreted by the working condition laws. - Creation of a system for detection, development and management of internal talents to approach a workforce increase of 75% over 8 years.

BCA is the Vehicle Remarketing leader in Europe and I was resposible for the Alicante site: - Lead the works for the site building up and opening (460.000 € budget) - Lead the site contracting and training ten people permanent staff. - Promote sales and budget control.Succesful launch of an Internet sales web site.Managed to increase sales up to 70 used cars weekly.

- Organising, processing and managing 22,000 applications, contacting 10,500, interviewing 4,100 and contracting 750 candidates. - Responsible for the internal process and cost control of the selection process. - Responsible for the internal promotion process through a competitive system, an assessment centre and a heirachy plan procedure. - Began the project with 4 employees in 2004 and successfully opened the store with its full staff of 750 employees in Feb 2006.

In a chemical factory with 150 people I was the HR Specialist reporting to the HR Manager. Main duties were: - Working with the business commitee on daily questions, compensation of extra hours of work, salary compensations and interpretation of working contract agreements. - Closing the final phase of all employment files.

Workplace with 300 blue collars and 100 white collars. Mais duties were: - Responsible for an annual training plan and the processing of the corresponding subsidy from FORCEM. - Creation of a training database according to ISO requirements. - Responsible for the improvements program based on Japanese philosophy TPM. Total Productivity Maintenance. - Responsible for internal communication and the publication of the quarterly company magazine.
