Co-Chaired the Voice of the Customer (VOC) Safety Advisory Board with Shell, BP, BASF, Conoco, Petronas, Exxon etc as members.

Spend 10 years in Honeywell Safety Management System (HSMS) business holding various functions. Experience includes safety solutions engineering, application design, project management through to sales, marketing and general management with profit & loss accountability for the business in Asia Pacific. Customers include Shell, Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, Petronas, Exxon, Woodside, ONGC, KOGAS etc. Extensive travels.

Spend 3 years with this German company based in Singapore as a development systems engineer specializing in prototype design, testing and commercial release of inductive and capacitive sensors employing thick file hybrid technology. These sensors are typically applied in factory and industrial automation. Completed a 7 month on-the-job training stint in Mannheim.
