SAP SD assisting in training and supporting the user prior to and after Go Live. Creating training material and editing documents provided by the implementation team to make them more user friendly. Prior to Go live, i was also part of the UAT, running test scripts and reporting any issues back to project manager and development team.

Creating design products catered to the client needs. Services include Branding, promotional material, Corporate Identity, Photography, logos, brochures, newsletters. I have also worked as part of internal coporate communications where i was involved in creating the new bulletins and snap shot updates.
