With more than 30 years as an accomplished Group General manager and Hotels general manager I have a wealth of leadership experience, astute business insight, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a track record of effectively nurturing and expanding organizations. Currently, I am in charge of a Saudi Aramco project with 2548 rooms and outlets as Head of Operations Manager. I oversee the daily operations, budgeting, staffing, and quality standards. I am skilled in operation services such as rooms division, food & beverages, and catering. I am passionate about mentoring and supporting employees in managerial positions, encouraging team-working and initiatives driven. I am participating regularly in a number of international symposiums of the Tourism/Hospitality Industry such as WTM, ITB, EMMIT and IFTM, expanding my network and knowledge.
