@ Telecommunications Systems Quality and Performance Evaluation - DOQT Developed performance/SLA reports of telecom systems and processes. Set performance metrics on transport systems and collect all the performance data in order to evaluate the quality of these systems.

@ Telecommunications Operations and Resources Management - DOOT Transport networks, TCP/IP, NMS and data communications networks. NMS specifications, mainentance, optimisation (connectivity, SNMPv3, transmission, WLAN, VOIP) - topologies (ring, mesh, star,); modules (communication to NE (IP, QD2, QB3) and clients, DB and FE). FAT and in field NMS commissioning. Planned / optimised SDH, PDH, WDM, OTN networks. Projects: Teleprotection's Telessupervision (50 sites, 3-year duration); VLAN addressing.

Ich arbeitete als ein Verkaufsunterstützungsingenieur und bereitete technische und handelsübliche Vorschläge von verschiedenen Messsystemen der Telekommunikation vor. Ich reiste zweimal im Ausland: im November 2000 ging ich nach USA, an Fabrikannahmetests (zwei Wochen) von Synchronisationsausrüstungen in Symmetricom; im Oktober 2001 ging ich nach England, dann der Fabrik Acterna (jetzt JDSU), um eine Ausbildung (eine Woche) eines neuen Messsystems zu nehmen (Service Level Agreement von PDH und SDH-Netzen).

Ich führte verschiedene Berechnungen der Leistung von lizenzierten Bandbreitenradios von verschiedenen Kapazitäten (PDH und SDH) durch. Ich entwarf mehrere Vorschläge zu Radios, besuchte Bitten von Verkäufen und beantwortete RFPs. Ich verwendete die Mercury-Methode für Verkäufe und einsetzend das Siebel ERP-System.

Ich war dafür verantwortlich, Radiosysteme zu verkaufen, (Nicht Band lizenzierte, Spread Spectrum Radios) und jeweilige Dienste (Site Survey, Installation, Konfiguration, Ausrichtung von Antennen, Instandhaltung, technische Ausbildungen). Auch ich war für Preisstrategie, Angebotsvorbereitung und Verhandlung verantwortlich. Außer ich war auch für intrigante Verbindungen von Radios (Path Loss) und gebende technische Ausbildungen von Radiosystemen verantwortlich.
