• Full responsibility and accountability for the emailing marketing campaigns in 37 countries • Migration of the internal mailing system to 2 new external emailing platforms (Emailvision and eCircle) • Set up and implementation of testing plan (A/B testing) • Analysis and reporting of the emailing campaigns • Set up of promotions and general prices in IT system • Development of new IT standards for promotional rewards (free days and discount) • Interaction with internal and external partners

• Full responsibility and accountability of the Market Research Project assigned – average of 20 projects at a time • Define the project plan details including time line, resource required and potential roadblock • Manage the project step by step, follow up with internal and external resource • Monitor field progress, problem solving, identification and implementation of solutions • Responsible for closing the project on time and on budget • Communication with all project players

 Product manager : • Responsibility of the souvenir gift range and miscellaneous items. • Product development and design creation • Suppliers and products sourcing : 5 weeks/year in Asia • Orders and stock management  Marketing manager : • Realization of 3 yearly catalogues. • Creation of a summer direct mail catalogue from A to Z (≃300,000 ex/year). • Packaging creation. Set up of packaging identity and layout for several brands.  Special order manager : •Creation of special ranges
