As a Candidate Specialist my job was to act as the lead resource for the digital team and my clients. I specialised in finding the right clients for my candidates and vice versa. This meant I was engaging with multiple talent pools and meant that I needed to be as in touch with the digital industry as the people I engaged. It was a bit like being a scout for a football team: find the right player for the right team.
