I was responsible for new acquisition of suppliers and customers. At the same time I was doing key account management with the existing ones, making sure that they are using the system to their favour and increasing their commitment by developing business strategies and scenarios. In regular basis I was keeping webinar sessions for schooling purposes. Due to my language skills (French, German, English) I was responsible for almost whole Europe and Northern Africa.
I was organising exclusive events for decision makers and high level management of the top 500 Swiss companies. The project management was based on result-oriented sales work and included as well writing profound market researches (business development analysis), telesales and preparing all necessary marketing materials in order to promote these events. Together with the sales team I was implementing as well new strategies and creating new customer target groups for the specific events.
