- Assist in ensuring that all Training Service providers and functions comply with all AOC, EASA and company requirements - Selection, training and standardization of cabin trainings personal - Elaboration and planning of training measures for the cabin crews (Initial, Recurrent Training, Refresher, Conversion Training, SCCM Training, etc.) - Creation and enlargement of training programs - Interface with Flight Operations, authority, external training organizations and Crew Planning Department

- Conduct initial Dangerous Goods Regulations training for Cabin Crew and Pilot - Conduct recurrent Dangerous Goods regulations training for Cabin Crew and Pilot

- Plan, monitor, execute, and analyse bi-annual internal audit programme of Cabin Operations. - Bi-annually check flight purser and cabin crew to ensure that their performance is according to the safety standard - Follow up and provide recommendations to cabin crew on all relevant issues to ensure that safety and emergency procedures are practically followed together with efficient cabin service performance - Transfer knowledge, guide and coach team membersto deliver expected performance.

- Develop and implement training programs in accordance with the regulations by ICAO, IOSA, and Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand - Monitor all regulatory updates by Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand and IATA. Ensure that all training materials are reviewed and revised accordingly - Analyse customer's complaints and compliments data and create/amend the training syllabi accordingly - Audit external service providers according to the SLA - Perform ground and route instruction

- Perform assigned flight duty according to flight schedule and ensure that the safety standard and passengers satisfaction is met according to the company policy - Supervise and ensure that cabin crew members are motivated and conduct their duties to meet passengers satisfactory in the area of both safety and service

- Monitor and review cabin safety, security and service report. Manage on all investigation tracking via IQSMS and ensure appropriate action is taken - Responsible for safety risk assessment and mitigation, hazard identification, safety performance monitoring and measurement process of department - Approve and maintain validation on all cabin operations standard procedure and quality plan, working instruction process and evaluation forms

- Plan, monitor, execute, and analyse Cabin Operations Safety Audit by IATA - Analyze the ISARPS (CAB) stated in the ISM and find all references from Cabin Crew Manual and other related documents and report in the system - Coordinate with concerned department on mutual audit ISARP - Act as a group leader and responsible for the IOSA audit. Being audited by the IATA representatives and find corrective action plan if finding arises
