Pursue international and national business partners via co-development and licensing for all products in the pipeline, e.g. biologic innovators and biosimilars. Other responsibilities include strategic planning, business feasibilities and KT analyses for evaluation and implementation. Additional to this role, I also act as a company representative in International and National events and prepare articles for publication in international peer reviewed scientific journals.

Working closely with a cross functional team, i.e. drug development team, in order to drive products in the pipelines to market authorization and commercialization according to European (EU) standard. The other key important responsibilities are to ensure the planning, execution and finalization projects according to contracted scope of work, budget and timelines, set up SOPs in a clinical development department, and vendor selections to carry out specified tasks.

Ensure project objectives are managed and defined and quality is maintained throughout the completion of project life cycle. In addition, provide guidance and monitoring for the project staff and encouraging effective team work. Other key important responsibility is to build, develop, and grow partnerships vital to the success of the project and potential follow-on work.

Coordinate and manage clinical research projects in malaria. The activities range from protocol development including informed consent forms and case record forms to manuscript preparation. During this post, I also applied for post doctoral project (through Wellcome Trust funding), in which I was a leading investigator in a Melioidosis project involving focus group interviews and educating the people regards to the nature of diseased and preventive actions.
