Ralf has a focus on accounting advice. He is passionate to challenge the status quo in order to improve compliance with IFRS while reducing costs and increasing speed/quality. Ralf enjoys painting the big picture while sharing finance function experience and in-depth knowledge on IFRS. He thrives from synthesizing solutions and proactively shaping his client’s finance landscape . As an empathic advisor he believes performance and compliance matters. Both are not in conflict, but coincide.
