Raluca Tamas

Through my job, I developed the ability to independently design my own experiments and to make important decisions that would shape the direction of my projects. I had the opportunity to teach, either groups of students during lab courses, or single students during their mandatory practical work. This opportunity has enriched my communication skills, my desire to share and discuss information, and my capacity to lead and organize others.
