Als Revit BIM Modeller übernehme ich den Ausführungsplanung Design von der Architect und entwickeln weiter zu 3D Model in Revit software. Mit einem modellierungsrichtlinie, erstelle ich den 3D Model und übertrage bis 5D Kostenkalkulationssoftware. Ich mache den 3D Revit Model in Anlehnung an die Leistungsphase 3 und Leistungsphase 5 bzw. (Entwurfsplanung und Ausführungsplanung).

Collaborated with a number of site engineers located nation-wide to successfully expedite onsite related issues. Critically reviewed tower hold point and civil held point documents compiled by site engineers for accuracy. Established a safe workplace according to legal standards and fostered a culture of attention to health and safety.

Created property listings and supported estate manager in operation, control, and oversight of property by conducting interior and exterior maintenance of the facilities. Leveraged company’s portfolio success by scouting new property briefs and executing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
