GLOBALFOUNDRIESAs part of the GLOBALFOUNDRIES China Fab startup (Fab 11) I am managing all aspects around the startup of the CIM/FICS systems incl. organizing the training of the new startup CIM team and providing technical advice all teams taking part in this startup. This requires global coordination across multiple teams and time zones. The CIM (Factory Information & Control System) application suite transferd is a 70+ high complex and integrated with each other set of software components.
