As a global change delivery Project Manager, I have been working with Canada businesses and delivery partners across the world to help shape and implement strategic changes for HSBC, taking over projects in a global perspective.

IT project management, control scope, time, cost, human resources, customer iteration, reporting results to senior manager. The company is CMMi (level 2) certified and all the projects executed by me followed the rules that would ensure this quality seal.

In 2013, I lived abroad for 7 months. I studied in Ireland, with the aim of improving the English language. In addition to this course, this period also provided me time to attend on-line courses, in english, in prestigious universities.

In this company, I was responsible for small to large projects, ranging from software maintenance, where my work brought great results to the achievement of annual team goals, new product development and restructuring of modules . Also had the opportunity of working with projects where the software was not the focus, the projects which have brought great benefits to the entire company . I was also responsible for a group discussions seeking improvements in development processes and product quality .

In the oldest software house company in Brazil, today technology provider of information and solutions for Public Management is the leader in this market. In this company I had the opportunity to work for nearly five years. First as system analyst, as project manager and then as development coordinator. Always responsible for managing people and projects.
