Responsible of the design of Seat Trim Cover for LFA Hyundai and Charger, Challenger & 300 for Chrysler. Responsible of launching new models, coordinate engineering changes from the request of the client to the implementation in production floor. Address design and ergonomic issues with monthly reviews with the OEM and the Assembly plant.

Responsible of the cutting processes of diverse materials in CNC and press machines. Planning and execution of project with direct impact on the efficiency, scrap, customer satisfaction and defects within the process. Address ergonomic issues of the work stations. Change in layout of the warehouse and cutting machines area.

It was a rotation program consisting in 3 rotation within different departments. 1st rotation- Process Engineering department. Improvement of the FMEA and Best Practices procedures. 2nd rotation- Machinery and Equipment department. Creation of a Side Impact Airbag Manual.
