Über mich
Begonnen habe ich meine berufliche Tätigkeit im Personalbereich in Australien (8 Jahre). Es folgten als Arbeitnehmer Tätigkeiten als Recruiter, HR-Generalist, Projektmanager und Personalleiter bis in die Führungsetage weltbekannter Unternehmen. Als breit aufgestellter Generalist bringe ich in allen HR-Themen internationale Erfahrung mit, so dass ich vor 15 Jahren meine perfekte Herausforderung als Interim Manager gefunden habe. Rasch an die vorhandenen Unternehmenswerte anzudocken ist dabei mein persönlicher Ansporn und stellt meine persönlichen Kompetenzen immer wieder aufs Neue unter Beweis. Leidenschaftlich motiviere ich multi-kulturelle Teams sich entsprechend der Unternehmensziele auszurichten. Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, langjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft und ständige Weiterbildung erlauben es mir mich beruflich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
