As an HR Generalist I am responsible for the entire European region (Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Belgium, Sweden and Poland), reporting to the HR Director in Hopkins, USA: - HR Business Partner - HR Support for all European employees - Talent Acquisition - HR Administration and payroll preparation

Responsible for the administrative HR processes, Talent Acquisition and HR Support for EMEA, reporting to the HR Manager Europe. In Feb. 2016 I moved to Ismaning, near Munich. Being now additionally responsible for the Facility Management and the professional management of a receptionist / general service employee. Since June 2017 I am the single contact person for all HR matters in Europe, reporting to the HR Director in US.
