• Responsible for technical delivery of SAP products in the customer landscape • L3 SAP basis support in incident and service request handling • Planning and implementation of maintenance and lifecycle management for customer systems • Analyzing and finding the root cause for customer system outages and hence working towards standardization of customer

• Execution of system refreshes and post steps. • Exposure to monitoring tasks [Business process monitoring] implementation and pro-active monitoring in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 • Exposure to Database and Archive log backup configuration on a non-SAP environment [BOBJ] using brtools utility.

• Exposure to installation and post installation activities of Netweaver products such as ECC 6.0 with EHP4, PI7.1, BI, CRM 7.0, Portal, Solman, BW 7.3 on AIX, Windows, HP-UX, Linux • Exposure to Oracle installation, Oracle bundle patch update, Oracle upgrade (10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2) and oracle patching (10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.4) on Linux and hp-ux.

• SAP BASIS Administration: System refresh, Client administration, Support package application & Kernel upgrades, Batch/Background job management, Spool Management, SAP License management, Backup management, Transport Management System, Solution manager. • J2EE Administration: Applying Java support packages using JSPM, Deployment of software components, Deployment of java files (EAR, SDA/SCA) using SDM (Software deployment manager), Config tool, Visual Admin administration.
