•Design and Development of Inspection/Checking Fixtures, Holding Fixtures for assembly of Automotive Plastic Trim Components. •Design and Development of SPM’s for punching holes in automotive plastic components. •Co-ordinating in-house manufacturing activities.

•Managing production related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting as per order. •Setting production targets, line processes for assembly and achieving the same within time and cost parameters. •Optimizing man and machine to achieve good line quality and meet production targets. •Resolving fitment, process related and performance related issues in consultation with various departments like Anciliary Development Department, Engineering Research Centre, and NPI etc.
