Process Design and development of Gun drilling (Deep-hole drilling) machine for inlet-hole drilling of fuel injector nozzle, to replace previous handheld drilling machine. -Productivity increased to threefold of its initial. -The Surface roughness of inlet hole improved. -Cost per part reduced as one operator on gun drilling machine in one shift could make as much as 3 operators working on a conventional machine for 3 shifts.
