Responsible for Management of Station on shift work basis. Responsible for 5 key procedures that include Control of contractors,Safe Working on Station Roofs,CCTV Management and Station ID Controls. Mentor 4 Station Staff including Station Reception Team. Ensure c20m passengers a year have a safe travel experience at Scotland's capital station by ensuring security sweeps completed to standard and all faults/hazards are dealt with within agreed timescales.

Manage Stations at Heathrow Airport(Central,T4 and T5) plus responsible for 2 platforms at Paddington Station. Manage 6 team members. Deliver Monthly Training days and ensure security compliance on all shifts covered. Motivate team to deliver level of customer service expected from a premium Train Operating Company.

Manage team of 5 Territory Sales Reps and 1 Outlet Representative across N/E England,providing coaching,on-going training and motivating team to achieve targets.Monitoring target progress for coverage,pack distribution,equipment signage and product compliance.

Worked with external company to design and manage a system audit form that captured information from 99,000 UK independent outlets in 8wks to identify key opportunities/targets for a new approach to soft drinks equipment and route to market in UK.Managed 2 successful equipment trials (1 regional and 1 National Account)for a new design in chilled equipment.Played key part in delivering project within timescales that resulted in £12m OPEX and £73m CAPEX investment over next 3 yrs in UK.
