I worked with people in an average age of 28 (in tourism sector) in a dynamic and agile environment (both tourism & energy sector experiences) I volunteered 10 years in a global NGO specifically as a director of youth exchange & camps (incoming & outgoing campers with ages 16-24 from 40+ countries) I have happy experiences working with colleagues in a multicultural learning & coaching environment, with a variety of seniority and age levels. I worked in HRM both internal -as a department member and external -as a consultant. I focused on Learning & Organizational Development and applied many tools to measure and assess Training, Facilitation and Talent Management systems. I provided consulting services for a variety of organizations like family businesses, global corporate companies, startups and NGOs. All these brought to my practice a synergetic way of implementing adaptive solutions considering the organizational culture and meeting strategical needs in collaboration with HR teams.
