I am the scientific partner for healthcare professionals externally & for internal cross functions teams: medical affairs, sales & marketing. I interact with the stakeholders to understand the unmet need & develop insights & proactively implement the plans for the pre-launch of new molecule launches. Till now, I have worked on three new product launches in Virology, Cardiovascular & Oncology (currently). My work has been recognized over the last few years & I have been given additional responsibilities for international collaborations within the organization. I was also selected by Novartis for the leadership development program (General Management Programme-GMP, 18 months, at The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad). In the same year, I was also selected for the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras). I strongly believe that diversity of learning experiences, can unleash new potential in me.
