- Involved in designing of Automation Framework (End to end) for different Sprinklr Modules and BackEnd API Automation. - Setup the test infrastructure - the test case management system, continuous integration system and the best practices for automation. - Build and maintain a data-driven test framework which can be used for performing both front-end and back-end tests. - Lead the automation and QE efforts for the validation of the functionality of the various Sprinklr modules.
