Starting up the partnership programme for CARE's Syria response in Lebanon: shaping programme strategy, identifying and selecting local partner organizations, acquiring and managing funds, overseeing partners' subgrants, coaching and training partners' teams on organizational development and programme management, monitoring programme quality, representing the partnership programme in relevant forums, lead on advocacy and public relations

Responsible for the Programme team of the Partnership Department: Overseeing the functions of partnership, programme development and quality, monitoring and evaluation and capacity building, strategic planning on a programme and project level, development of standard operating procedures for remote management, identifying and acquiring new partners and following up on their organizational development, coordinating with all relevant UN agencies, local NGOs and INGOs, advocacy and public relations

Responsibility for a portfolio of up to 15 local partner organizations and projects in the sectors of education, child protection, food security and livelihoods and WASH: managing sub-grants, accompanying local NGOs through all stages of project management, coaching and training of local NGO staff, organizational and institutional capacity building, assessments and analysis of humanitarian access and security context, providing support to grants, M&E and finance departments

Responsible for projects in the domains of youth and women empowerment, democratization and civil society participation: Planning, implementation and follow-up of development projects in cooperation with local NGO partners; organizing international conferences and events on socio-economic and political subjects; strategic planning and annual performance review; reporting, research and documentation; mentoring of interns; lead on Young Leaders Programme on regional and national level
