Reviewing and editing contracts, ensuring prompt delivery of contracts to international clients, interacting with legal counsel to assist with contract routing and management. Filing payment and approval documentation.

Preparing and creating marketing related material, mailing proofs and advance copies of books to authors and agents and maintaining social media presence.

Creating and preparing sales material ready for distribution to sales representatives and booksellers, managing online content on the company website, with an emphasis on customer and author related information and assisting with the organisation of book launches
