Serving as Mechanical Works Chief in Design & Build based Nestle Purina Projects Pet Food Production Facility Construction Projects in Hungary. Performing construction supervision, field administration, procurement, and field management of mechanical installations.

Served as Procurement and Logistics Chief in EPC based 1915 Canakkale Bridge Motorway Construction Project. Planning, coordinating and managing procurement of diverse services and supply commodities in a timely and cost-effective manner, developing standards and criteria for the evaluation of goods, services, supplier capacity, etc.

Responsible for 56” Trans Anatolian National Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP) Lot 2 Spread 3 by managing coordination between subcontractors to ensure work was performed in accordance with plans, specifications, statutory requirements, contractual obligations, penalties, and prices. Handle disputes between parties and implement solutions directed by project manager.

Served as Project Engineer and Technical Office Manager in multinational Oil & Gas facility construction projects; Gazprom’s Badra Oil Field Development, Turkmengas’s Yoloten Gas Field, Al-Khairat Power Plant Construction, Tupras Oil Refinery Resid Upgrading Project, Turkmenistan Mary Fertilizer Project, and Zakho Oil Terminal Expansion Project by managing tendering, planning, monitoring and reporting.

Oil & Gas production and storage facility construction projects including Tupras Refinery In-Line Blending Project, Tupras Refinery Truck Loading Facility Modernization Project, Total Oil Samsun Storage Facility Expansion Projects. Managed multi discipline projects and supervised crew and subcontractors. Successfully completed multiple projects within schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.

Managed multi-discipline project delivery and executed several projects for US Air Force Europe. Planned, directed, supervised and controlled execution of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of Oil & Gas projects. Performed construction supervision, field administration, procurement, and field engineering.
