Preparation and maintenance of level 2 masterplan & level 3-4 programs. Chairing regular progress meetings at site with contractors and subcontractors. Assessing the constructability, project delivery requirements for client. Preparation of risk reports highlighting roadblocks and claims that could arise during the project.

Developing construction strategies to efficiently complete the project and minimize the costs. Making scenarios to analyze delays and look for synergies between projects. Creating and maintaining a portfolio in P6 for cranes. Delay Analysis and preparation of EOT Claims and their substantiations Preparation of LD claims towards subcontractors. Defining the critical parts of the project that will affect the project timeline and getting measures to overcome.

Preparation of EOT & Disruption Claims Coordination between engineering, procurement and construction teams. Contract administration regarding variations, time extensions and notices to consultant and subcontractors. Monitoring subcontractor progresses, productivity and coordinating their works with different trades.

Project: ALBA Line 6 Extension 1800 MW CCPP Gathering information from design, procurement and construction departments, reviewing the information and making presentations to brief the project. Reviewing the project baseline against future risks and informing the project team with look-ahead schedules. Reviewing the subcontractors engineering, procurement and construction progress against the project baseline. Defining the possible bottlenecks ahead and warning the project team and subcontractors.

Established an effective cost control system that enables the upper management to follow the progress and to easily take corrective actions on time which prevented extra costs and created a cost database for future tenders taking into account various parameters.
