Bavaria develops and produces innovative formats for the German television market: Live shows, factual entertainment, comedy, documentaries and magazines. During my Traineeship I am supporting the development team. Which implicates to create new concepts, conduct research, execute castings and produce pilots.

The Creative Unit has positioned itself as a service department with the expertise in advertising- and media agency. In addition, they develop cross-media productions. For advertisers the special thing about working with the Creative Unit is the ability to make use the multi-dimentional expertise of the department. Bachelor Thesis at the intern advertising agency of RTL, the Creative Unit. The developed concept includes a combination of a tv and online content & advertisement strategy.

As Intern Concept Development my tasks include the development and production of: - TV and Online formats, - and Advertising Campaigns for the biggest TV broadcaster of the Netherlands.

The marketing for international and Dutch movie productions. Examples for Dutch movies are Ja, ik wil! (Kaap Holland Film), Rokjesdag (Johan Nijenhuis) and Bon Bini Holland. International movies are Life (Anton Corbijn), The BFG (Steven Spielberg) and The Hateful Eight (Quentin Tarantino). In my role as Marketing Intern my tasks include the development and production of marketing pitches- en plans, online & offline marketingcampagnes, filmpremières, graphic designs and social media campagnes.
