Duluth, Georgia, USA -- Responsible for strategy, planning, and management of all North America IT applications and infrastructure projects and on-going operational support. Managed a $28 million annual operating budget and extended staff of 100 people internal and external. Transformed the N.A. IT function structured around ITIL operational excellence. Developed an IT Strategic Business Plan supporting IT as a strategic enabler for business growth & profitability.

Troy, Michigan, USA -- Provided executive leadership, strategy, and accountability for the overall IT client relationship and business with the U.S. Operations of a $27 billion Delphi Automotive Corporation (Global Tier 1 Auto Parts). Provided general management of IT services including: infrastructure, applications management. Managed a 500-member extended team with an annual operating budget of $100 million.

Lockport, New York, USA -- Provided direct SAP consultation to the CIO and executive staff. Led the rationalization of the SAP template to division-specific functional requirements (Fit/Gap Analysis). Developed roll-out strategies for SAP implementations across divisions and business units.

Warsaw, Poland -- Provided executive leadership and was responsible for the overall IT client business and relationship with the Poland operations of Delphi Automotive. Provided general management of IT services including, infrastructure, SAP, and wide area network (WAN). Managed an international team located in Poland, US, France, Germany, UK, and Belgium. Provided direct IT due diligence for Delphi’s acquisitions in Poland’s emerging market in Ostrow and Jelesnia. Managed the implementation of SAP.

Douai, France, Luxembourg, & Japan -- Responsible for IT infrastructure, applications, and network development for the “green-field” start-up of a new manufacturing plant in Douai France for Delphi Automotive. Managed the implementation of “cloned” applications from another French facility prior to SAP deployment. Defined business roles and responsibilities for the newly formed manufacturing organization. Evaluated MES solutions at a sister facility in Japan, for the purpose of transferring to France.

Lockport, New York, USA -- Responsible for the design, integration, and development of new IT solutions for the Automotive Components Group of General Motors ($160 billion Global Automotive Company). Architected a solution to upgrade the network LAN & WAN capabilities at six US facilities. Designed and managed the implementation of a plant floor MES solution providing error-proofing & SPC to enable $300 thousand scrap avoidance annually. Designed and managed the implementation of a bill-of-material system.
