  Managed two key manufacturing projects using four-component injection molding: 1) headlamps for the BMW X6, 11 molds, generates annual sales of $1.5M; 2) rear lamps for the Mercedes M and GL Classes, 5 molds, generates annual sales of $1.2M. Oversaw mold construction and QA in Germany, and transfer of the molds to the Mexican plant. Set up and managed the production process; trained set-up technicians and operators; validated that all work was done in accordance with ISO/TS 16949. 
