Literary translator from English into German. My translations include books on art and architecture, gardening, children's books, fiction (historic novels, satire, poetry) and non-fiction (infotainment, popular science). I have translated video scripts and done sound track quality control. I have also plenty of experience as researcher, proof reader and copy writer (German: "Texter"). Special interests: Gardening, Modern Art, Oriental (=Far Eastern) Art, Architecture and Design

Workshop supervisor for Heritage Lottery-funded „London‘s Theatreland“-Internship project. Pioneering techniques of tracing paper repair. • Only conservator-on-site during the move of the complete archive from the London Guildhall to the LMA. Responsible for packaging a collection including objects of World Heritage Status.
