For her screenwriting, Ursula was awarded the Carl Mayer New Talent Prize. Several of the screenplays she has developed with other writers have received script awards in Milan, Ghent, Sabam, Graz and Vienna. Head of the script development program, which has been nominated for the Austrian National Award for Adult Education and mentioned in the UNESCO World Report Investing in Cultural Diversity and Intercultural Dialogue. Through DIVERSE STORIES – Screenplays between Cultures many films by writers with intercultural backgrounds have been developed, including Arman T. Riahi's Golden Ticket-winner hit THE MIGRUMPIES.

Co-Designer and co-curator of the program, funded by the Austrian Film Institute. ProPro is a residential workshop in Vienna that aims to support female film producers in order to remedy the gender imbalance in the film production landscape has been running for the third time in 2019, with participants from Norway, Switzerland, South Tyrol, Bosnia, Serbia, Slovenia, Luxembourg and Mexico.
