To start a new business in a foreign country, a great amount of entrepreneurial spirit is required. While working as CEO, my main responsibilities were but not limited to: • Developing a consistent and interactive Business Plan using MS Excel (VBA), capable of attracting investors; • Crunching data through SQL and Teblau; • Managing our online store (Google Analytics, SEO, CTR, CPC, CPV, DAU, CPI, email marketing etc); • Developing strategies to support the consistent sales growth.

• Deep data-analyses of over 200 financial statements of the major transport companies in the world in order to compare how cost-efficient are the main transport companies in Brazil; • Extensive reports suggesting new practises to become these companies more cost-efficient; • Developing financial feasibility studies to extend a subway line in Rio de Janeiro which will carry up to 130,000 people per day.
